Larry Wight won the 30 lap Opening Night at the Land of Legends Raceway on Saturday. This was Larry's fouth win of the season, first at Land of Legends Raceway this year, and third Weekly win of the season. For the 29 year old Wight it was their sixth win putting him fifteenth on the Land of Legends Raceway win list since 2000. Finishing 6.1400 seconds behind in second was Justin Haers. This was Justin's first Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Peter Britten, their ninth top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Matt Sheppard, their eleventh top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Danny Johnson, their fouth top 5 of the year. Zack Payne, Alan Johnson, Tim Fuller, Kyle Coffey, and Kevin Root rounded out the top 10.
