Jimmy Phelps captures win at Weedsport Speedway

Jimmy Phelps won the 35 lap 358s w/ WoO Sprints at the Weedsport Speedway on Saturday. This was Jimmy's third win of the season, first at Weedsport Speedway this year, and first Non-series win of the season. For the 47 year old Phelps it was their seventeenth win putting him third on the Weedsport Speedway win list since 2000.
Finishing 2.4450 seconds behind in second was Larry Wight. This was Larry's twenty-sixth Top 5 of the season, second at Weedsport Speedway this year, and first Non-series Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Max McLaughlin, their twenty-second top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Billy Dunn, their ninth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Bob Henry Jr., their first top 5 of the year.
Darren Smith, Mike Stanton Jr., Todd Root, Chris Cunningham, and Tommy Collins rounded out the top 10.
