Stewart Friesen victorious on Short Track Super Series North at Devils Bowl Speedway

Stewart Friesen won the 50 lap Short Track Super Series North Slate Valley 50 at the Devils Bowl Speedway on Sunday. This was Stewart's fouth win of the season, first at Devils Bowl Speedway this year, and first Short Track Super Series North win of the season. For the 39 year old Friesen it was their second win putting him fifteenth on the Devils Bowl Speedway win list since 1997.
Finishing 2.3880 seconds behind in second was J.R. Hurlburt. This was J.R.'s second Top 5 of the season, first at Devils Bowl Speedway this year, and first Short Track Super Series North Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Steve Bernier, their third top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Matt Sheppard, their twenty-first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Ajay Potrzebowski Jr. , their eighth top 5 of the year.
Demetrios Drellos, Erick Rudolph, Tanner Siemons, François Bernier, and Dillon Steuer rounded out the top 10.
