Stewart Friesen outruns Short Track Super Series South field for triumph at Georgetown Speedway

Stewart Friesen won the 40 lap Short Track Super Series South Jake Marine Memorial at the Georgetown Speedway on Sunday. This was Stewart's second win of the season, first at Georgetown Speedway this year, and first Short Track Super Series South win of the season. For the 40 year old Friesen it was their eleventh win putting him first on the Georgetown Speedway win list since 1996.
Finishing 1.2050 seconds behind in second was Michael Maresca. This was Michael's first Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Mike Gular, their first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Ryan Godown, their first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Mat Williamson, their fifth top 5 of the year.
Anthony Perrego, Duane Howard, Ryan Krachun, Matt Sheppard, and Jeff Strunk rounded out the top 10.
