For the 34 year old Sheppard it was his second win putting him second on the The Dirt Track at Charlotte win list since 2008. Finishing 1.515 seconds behind in second was Pat Ward. This was Pat's Twentieth Top 5 of the season, second at The Dirt Track at Charlotte this year, and third Super DIRTcar Series Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Justin Haers, his eleventh top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Brett Hearn, his thirtieth top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Larry Wight, his thirty-sixth top 5 of the year. Danny Johnson, Tim Fuller, Billy Decker, Gary Tomkins, and Peter Britten rounded out the top 10.
