Mat Williamson wins on Super DIRTcar Series at The Dirt Track at Charlotte

Mat Williamson won the 40 lap Super DIRTcar Series World Finals Night 1 at the The Dirt Track at Charlotte on Friday. This was Mat's eighteenth win of the season, first at The Dirt Track at Charlotte this year, and first Super DIRTcar Series win of the season. For the 27 year old Williamson it was their first win putting him sixth on the The Dirt Track at Charlotte win list since 2008.
Finishing 0.479 seconds behind in second was Matt Sheppard. This was Matt's -sixth Top 5 of the season, first at The Dirt Track at Charlotte this year, and Twentieth Super DIRTcar Series Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Billy Decker, their thirty-first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Keith Flach, their Twentieth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Mike Mahaney, their thirteenth top 5 of the year.
Danny Johnson, Tim Fuller, Larry Wight, Pat Ward, and Max McLaughlin rounded out the top 10.
