Stewart Friesen drives to Short Track Super Series win at Afton Motorsports Park

Stewart Friesen won the 50 lap Short Track Super Series Afton Action 50 at the Afton Motorsports Park on Wednesday. This was Stewart's seventh win of the season, first at Afton Motorsports Park this year, and second Short Track Super Series win of the season. For the 33 year old Friesen it was their fouth win putting him eleventh on the Afton Motorsports Park win list since 2008.
Finishing 1.130 seconds behind in second was Ryan Godown. This was Ryan's fourteenth Top 5 of the season, first at Afton Motorsports Park this year, and second Short Track Super Series Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Jeremy Smith, their sixth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Danny Creeden, their tenth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Ryan Jordan, their second top 5 of the year.
Andy Bachetti, Jerry Higbie Jr., Billy Decker, Brett Tonkin, and Ken Titus rounded out the top 10.
