Jimmy Phelps won the 75 lap Eastern States 75 at the Orange County Fair Speedway on Saturday. This was Jimmy's fouth win of the season, first at Orange County Fair Speedway this year, and first Non-series win of the season. For the 45 year old Phelps it was their third win putting him thirty-first on the Orange County Fair Speedway win list since 2004. Finishing 1.4230 seconds behind in second was Tim Sears Jr.. This was Tim's ninth Top 5 of the season, first at Orange County Fair Speedway this year, and third Non-series Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Rocky Warner, their twelfth top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Billy Decker, their twenty-third top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Larry Wight, their thirty-eighth top 5 of the year. Tyler Boniface, Anthony Perrego, David Schilling, Marc Johnson, and Ben Bushaw rounded out the top 10.
