Matt Sheppard won the 60 lap Super DIRTcar Series Cavalcade Weekend Night 1 at the Weedsport Speedway on Saturday. This was Matt's twenty-fouth win of the season, first at Weedsport Speedway this year, and third Super DIRTcar Series win of the season. For the 39 year old Sheppard it was their twenty-sixth win putting him first on the Weedsport Speedway win list since 2002. Finishing 3.4780 seconds behind in second was Max McLaughlin. This was Max's eighteenth Top 5 of the season, second at Weedsport Speedway this year, and fifth Super DIRTcar Series Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Tim Fuller, their thirty-second top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Stewart Friesen, their fifty-fouth top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Billy Decker, their twenty-ninth top 5 of the year. Erick Rudolph, Chris Hile, Anthony Perrego, Gary Tomkins, and Mike Mahaney rounded out the top 10.
