Stewart Friesen comes through with win on Thunder on the Thruway at Utica-Rome Speedway

Stewart Friesen won the 30 lap Thunder on the Thruway Thunder on the Thruway Series at the Utica-Rome Speedway on Saturday. This was Stewart's sixth win of the season, second at Utica-Rome Speedway this year, and third Thunder on the Thruway win of the season. For the 40 year old Friesen it was their sixty-third win putting him second on the Utica-Rome Speedway win list since 1996.
Finishing in second was Justin Wright. This was Justin's third Top 5 of the season, third at Utica-Rome Speedway this year, and first Thunder on the Thruway Top 5 of the season.
Finishing third was Tim Fuller, their twenty-first top 5 of the year.
Finishing fourth was Billy Decker, their thirteenth top 5 of the year.
Finishing fifth was Alex Yankowski, their sixteenth top 5 of the year.
Ronnie Johnson, Willy Decker, JaMike Sowle, Alan Johnson, and Jessica Friesen rounded out the top 10.
