Cody Clark claims Thunder on the Thruway victory at Fonda Speedway
Cody Clark won the 30 lap Thunder on the Thruway Thunder on the Thruway Series at the Fonda Speedway on Saturday. This was Cody's first win of the season. This is Cody's first win since 1996! For Clark it was their first win putting him forty-fouth on the Fonda Speedway win list since 1996. Finishing 0.6230 seconds behind in second was Alex Yankowski. This was Alex's ninth Top 5 of the season, third at Fonda Speedway this year, and second Thunder on the Thruway Top 5 of the season. Finishing third was Demetrios Drellos, their fifteenth top 5 of the year. Finishing fourth was Matt DeLorenzo, their fifteenth top 5 of the year. Finishing fifth was Stewart Friesen, their ninth top 5 of the year. Ronnie Johnson, David Schilling, Chris Curtis, Jessica Friesen, and Brian Calabrese rounded out the top 10.
